Moss Equine Matrix Clinic
We are thrilled to welcome participants and auditors to experience the diverse elements that make up our MATRIX. Each clinic, led by Courtney, integrates equine massage, biomechanics, energy work, Equine Assisted Learning (EAL), Equine Assisted Coaching (EAC), and relationship coaching. Our goal is to blend these elements of biomechanics and emotional connection, helping participants achieve a deeper, more intuitive bond with their horses.

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Clinic
Our Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Clinic offers a unique and transformative experience suitable for individuals of all ages, families, friend groups, school organizations, and corporate teams. Whether you choose a half-day or full-day session, participants will engage in hands-on activities with our intuitive horses to develop essential life skills.
During the clinic, you'll work alongside Courtney to accomplish pre-assigned tasks designed to enhance communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Horses, with their keen sensitivity to human behavior, provide immediate and honest feedback, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
This immersive experience is perfect for team-building, enhancing group dynamics, and promoting personal development in a supportive and engaging environment. Join us for a day of learning, connection, and fun, and discover the profound impact that working with horses can have on your personal and professional life.
Host It!
Facilities Needed
Indoor or covered arena large enough to accommodate up to 10 horses (80 X 150 or larger is suitable). Weather dependent, an outdoor arena could be considered.
Stalls for outside participants (fees payable to facility)
A heated room or space (for colder months only) large enough for participants to sit and move around without horses for the lecture portions of the clinic.
Ample parking for trailers and auditors
Restrooms and/or Port-a-potty available
1 or more volunteers (assist in parking, moving ground poles/obstacles, etc. No charge to audit)
Host Responsibilities
Sign a “Clinic Host Agreement”
Pay a $200 non-refundable deposit
·Advertise the event within their horse community, on websites, social media, etc.
Have each participant sign a liability release form
·Provide water for participants and clinicians
Provide Courtney a place to park her truck and trailer
Provide 1 stall for Courtney’s horse (at no charge).
If hosting an EAL focused clinic, prior arrangements must be made for Courtney to meet and interact with the participating horses before the clinic date.
Pricing & Logistics
Half Day Clinic (3/4hr): $600 paid directly to Moss Equine Matrix.
Full Day Clinic (6/8hr): $1600 paid directly to Moss Equine Matrix.
Travel Note: Any clinic outside of Oberlin, Oh will be charged a mileage reimbursement of $.67 per mile, round trip.
Host determines participation and auditing fees for attendees. $200 deposit will be applied to total cost of clinic. Once deposit is paid and a signed clinic agreement is received, the clinic date will be scheduled. The remaining balance will be due to Moss Equine Matrix at the conclusion of the clinic date.
Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy:
The clinic/event host agrees to provide clinician with a 60-day notice of cancellation for the events.
Should the clinic need to be canceled or postponed by Moss Equine Matrix due to weather, travel restrictions, or other unforeseeable events your deposit will be transferred towards the make-up date or can be applied to another available clinic within the same calendar year.
**Any participant cancellation will be processed by the host and will not impact the flat rate of the clinic.
